Are your phlebotomists certified?

What types of blood draws do you offer?

We offer three core services: Standard Blood Draw ($75) for routine physician-ordered lab panels and wellness screenings; Therapeutic Blood Draw ($100) for conditions like hemochromatosis or polycythemia vera requiring controlled blood removal; and EKG/ECG ($75) for a 12-lead electrocardiogram performed at your location.

Do I need a doctor's order?

Yes. A valid lab order from your physician or healthcare provider is required for all blood draw services. For therapeutic phlebotomy, the order must specify the volume to be removed and the frequency of treatment. Please have your order ready when you book.

Can you draw blood for any lab?

We can collect samples for most major accredited laboratories. When you book, let us know which lab your physician has ordered through and we will confirm compatibility before your appointment.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can book online through our booking page — select your service, choose a date and time, complete the patient intake form, and pay securely. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. For same-day or urgent requests, call us directly at (760) 885-3865 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling Policy:

Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice.

If the request is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the service fee is non-refundable.

A new appointment can still be scheduled, but it will require a new payment.

This policy ensures that we can maintain reliable scheduling for all patients and care partners who depend on timely mobile phlebotomy services.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Preparation depends on the tests ordered. For fasting panels, avoid food and drink (except water) for 8–12 hours before your draw. Stay well hydrated — drinking plenty of water makes veins easier to access. Have your lab order, insurance card (if applicable), and a valid ID ready. Your phlebotomist will confirm any specific instructions when you book.

How much does a visit cost?

Our service fees are: Standard Blood Draw — $75, Therapeutic Blood Draw — $100, EKG/ECG — $75. These fees cover the phlebotomist's visit and sample collection. Separate laboratory processing fees may apply depending on your lab and insurance.

Precision Care Services LLC operates as a concierge mobile phlebotomy service, which means the on-site blood draw fee is self-pay and not billable to insurance. We do not submit claims for the mobile phlebotomy visit itself.

However, as a courtesy, we can ensure that your laboratory receives your insurance information so they can bill your testing directly to your insurance provider. This allows patients to use their coverage for the laboratory portion of their care while still receiving the convenience of an in-home blood draw.

They will verify your identity and lab order, prepare the draw site, collect your sample using sterile technique, label and package the specimen, and arrange transport to the lab. Most visits take 30–60 minutes from arrival to departure.
